Area Sales Manager

Coventry Homes Area Sales Managers (ASM’s) will work hand in hand with all necessary stakeholders to promote the company. Through a defined sales process, sales representatives of Coventry Homes will meet and exceed pre-determined sales targets, maintain acceptable margin expectations and value proposition. ASM’s are responsible for being a productive member of a highly dynamic sales force who are able to meet and exceed revenue targets while promptly and professionally addressing the needs of clients. ASM’s are required to implement pre-determined sales initiatives, while at the same time prospecting and generating new client potential. It is the responsibility of the ASM to share Coventry’s unique value proposition with potential buyers while maintaining the high integrity of all Coventry Homes competitive advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance of the subdivision and product line through a defined sales process
  • This position requires evening and weekend work, showhome hours are Monday – Thursday 2 – 8, Saturday and Sunday 12 – 5.
  • Prepare and maintain sales targets
  • Review all purchase agreements for correctness prior to submitting to Sales Manager
  • Report sales activities and traffic reports to the necessary stakeholders
  • Maintain existing client relationships, while fostering new business opportunities
  • Prepare and conduct bi weekly client updates
  • Attend and actively participate in any sales training that is deemed mandatory
  • Maintain Coventry’s value proposition in each sub-division, across product line
  • Endeavour work proactively to achieve Coventry’s year sales and corporate goals
  • Promote spec home product in the area
  • Actively train any required associate or staff as required (complete Associate Road Map with them)
  • Promote Coventry within in the realtor brokerage community
  • Promote referral program

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years home sales experience with a proven record for self-driven prospecting is required.
