Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing job cost budgets, creating takeoffs and purchasing orders for new jobs. You will liaise directly with trades and supplier partners, assist in the tendering process, administer change orders and variances, and deliver timely production within a team environment.

Qualifications for this position include 2+ years of related residential estimating experience with strong construction process knowledge and the ability to read blueprints/plans. Alternately an educational certificate in Construction Estimating and Administrative controls or similar, or 5+ years of general construction field experience will be considered. You must have solid communication, interpersonal, time management skills, initiative, attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience with NewStar and BuildPro.
