Coventry Homes is looking for an Executive Assistant who is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Office Manager and other Coventry leaders. The Executive Assistant is responsible for a variety of duties including weekly communications with staff, producing leadership reports and participating in working committees. The right candidate will be a great communicator who is able to adapt to changing priorities as necessary. An example of job duties includes:

  • Provide direct administrative and office management support to all members of the leadership team, as directed
  • Facilitate communication from department managers, business unit leaders, and project managers
  • As a business unit the office team provides available resources and expertise to any other department or business unit to accomplish workflows, minimize disruptions, or overcome challenges.
  • Coordinate logistics of Coventry team programs including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events
  • Prepare reports, background documentation, and research. Produce company communications (i.e. weekly newsletter, forms, and letters).
  • Providing assistance to colleagues regarding their technical issues, and assistance to Coventry’s IT contractor.
  • Coordinate office seating arrangements for business units and assign desks, phones, and other assets as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and/or escalate office administration issues.
  • Participate on specific committees

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in an Administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
  • Keen attention to details
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Resourceful and flexible
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
