The Homeowner Care Advisor provides active communication between homeowners, Technicians and Trade Partners.  They relay any outstanding or deficient work to trade partners and follow up to ensure work is performed to our high standards.  

The ideal team member must be well organized, able to multi-task, customer service oriented, and able to respond and resolve issues in a professional, prompt, and timely manner.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide clear direction to trades and suppliers, in conjunction with field staff, to ensure all service work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments between technicians and clients to conduct a review of each home at 2 checkpoints within the first year after possession.
  • Schedule trade day appointments for Trade Partners to complete their work on site.
  • Build a rapport with trades and suppliers through communication, fair dealing and ethical conduct.
  • Monitor the grading, landscaping and architectural process and ensure seasonal items are completed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated history of customer focused approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficient use of technology/ computers & web-based programs an asset.
  • 2 years residential home building/home maintenance/renovator knowledge preferred.
  • 2nd language other than English may be of benefit.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance team environment.
