With our experienced Homeowner Care (Warranty) Team, you can be confident that you'll be taken care of even after you've moved in. Our knowledgeable team is available, during regular business hours, to quickly address any concerns you have.
The Homeowner Care team will contact you approximately two months after you take possession to address any warrantable items. You will be contacted again as you near the end of your builder warranty period to address any other warrantable items that have since developed.
We take our warranty program very seriously, and that’s reflected in our top rating with the Alberta New Home Warranty Program. Together, we provide warranty coverage for the systems, labour and materials that have been used to build your home.
While we strive to build a flawless home, we are realistic enough to know that, with repeated use, an item in the home may fail to perform as it should. When this occurs, we will make the necessary corrections so the item meets our warranty guidelines.
