Coventry Homes is excited to be celebrating 45 years of home building in the Edmonton and surrounding area!

In 1976, Henri Rodier along with his wife and former business partners founded HRS Construction, which became Champagne Homes and then became what we know today as Coventry Homes. As an Edmonton based, family owned and operated business, we have been proud to offer a variety of customizable floorplans to suit home buyers needs and lifestyles. As a company we are devoted to building confidence and creating peace of mind.

Over the company’s 45-year history, Coventry Homes has achieved several notable milestones

• In 1990 the company was awarded the prestigious title of “CHBA Edmonton, Builder of the Year”
• The Coventry Homes Adoption Gallery was built in the Edmonton Humane Society in recognition of the partnership and contributions in 2005
• Received the JD Power “Builder of Excellence” award in 2013
• Became the Preferred Builder of the Edmonton Oilers in 2015
• Was awarded the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2016
• In 2018, Coventry Homes built and donated a home to Habitat for Humanity
• Was awarded the “Leadership Award” at the 2020 CHBA, Edmonton Awards of Excellence

Little did we know at that time what lay ahead of us, the challenges, setbacks and victories,” said CEO and Founder, Henri Rodier. “Today is a moment in time, 45 years of progress in an exciting industry, what lays ahead of us in the future? What I will say is that with the team we have put together I look forward to taking on the challenges, there is so much more we can accomplish and will accomplish.”
