Enjoy Duplex living in Spruce Grove

The Castillo and Titas duplex homes in Spruce Grove are a must-tour pair if you’re looking to live in the up and coming family-friendly community of Copperhaven.

With duplex models ranging from 1300 to 1700 square feet, these flexible floorplans offer variety for single professionals, couples and families.

On the right side of this duo, the traditionally styled Titas offers 1648 sq.ft. of expertly designed living space, an attached double car garage off the front foyer, smart closet storage and a half bathroom. A bright corner kitchen with creamy cabinets and complementary quartz countertops lightens the space further, and a mosaic tile backspace brings hints of beige and seaglass. Opposite the kitchen is the living room filled with large windows. An electric fireplace centers the room, wrapped in white subway tile and a light sage accent wall echoing hints of the kitchen backsplash. Tucked away at the rear of the home is the eating nook, with access to the back yard.

The second floor boasts two equal sized kids’ bedrooms at the front of the home, with large windows and ample closet space. A full bathroom and laundry closet sit off the open stairwell, with a comfortable bonus room towards the back, the perfect play space for kids. The master bedroom offers an attached ensuite, with his-and-hers vanities, spacious stand up shower and toilet, all complete in matching finishings from the main floor.

At 1631 sq.ft., the Castillo offers a more modern aesthetic with a varied layout.  The Castillo also provides an open main floor, this time with access to the garage via the kitchen and mudroom. Storm grey cabinetry contrast the dark charcoal backsplash in the kitchen. The island provides additional counter and seating space – as well as the convenient placement of your sink and dishwasher. Stainless steel appliances give the kitchen a sleek look, along with the discreet mantle above the electric fireplace. The room is brightened by the ample windows and sliding patio doors at the back of the home. In the dining nook, a white-washed stick wood accent wall offers some character and warmth to the space and offers seating for six.

Heading upstairs, you are greeted with a cozy bonus room – the ideal space for studying or watching a movie. Off to one side sits two comparable bedrooms with convenient bi-fold closets and close access to a full bathroom. To the other side of the bonus room is a laundry room and linen closet, as well as the master suite. The bedroom showcases three oversized windows which flood the room with light, a spacious walk-in closet, and separate ensuite with his-and-hers vanities, toilet and tub-shower.

This pair of duplex homes, along with all our other multi-family homes come complete with our signature Silent Neighbor® system. This sound reduction wall system helps lessen the noise transfer between multi-family units through our use of insulation, drywall, floor engineering, and a multitude of products and designs.
